Kristin Haycock

Uncle Peter, I will always remember the impact that you had on my life. In your obituary it said, "Pete was also a man who loved music. While Pink Floyd and Frank Zappa were on his list of all time favorites he was known to crank some Adele if the mood struck." Now, while you know that my all time favorite list consists of One Direction, Bruno Mars, and Adele I will be sure to crank some Pink Floyd and Frank Zappa in honor of you. If there was one person that believed in me the most, it was you. You always wanted to make sure that I was okay and that I was making the best decisions for my life. Not only have I lost an uncle but I've lost one of my best friends. I'd also like to thank you for holding such a strong relationship with my father (your brother) David Haycock. I remember being upstairs and hearing my dad downstairs on his phone saying, "Hey Pete!" at least twice a day or more. My father was always very excited to get to talk to you and he is completely heartbroken that you're no longer with us but you always wanted him to get healthy and I without a doubt think he will work harder towards that because of you. I will forever be grateful to have known you and I will always hold you close to my heart. Also, I'll be sure to keep following the Buffalo Bills for you even though my team is the New England Patriots. If Buffalo loses I'll be sure to say, "That's okay they will win next time." Just like you always did. "Is that right?"
