Margaret Jane Wolford , 74, passed away at her home on October 18, 2016. She was born in Indiana ,PA January 27, 1942 the daughter of the late Thelma and Clarence Wolford D.D.S .
She was the Director of special services for the Willingboro Public school district for many years. In Maine she served on the Board for W.H.C.A and the Harrington Family Health Center Board.
Marge enjoyed travel , cooking , and gardening.
She is survived by her spouse of 31 years Maureen Gartland ; a sister Beverly W. Karrenbauer ; a niece Barbara Wolford ; nephews Christopher Wolford , and Raymond Karrenbauer III.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother C. Frederick Wolford.
A Celebration of her life will be held 11 am Saturday October 22, 2016 at McClure Family Funeral Home 467 Dublin Street , Machias with Barbara Hope officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Hill Cemetery , Addison . In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to C.H.C.S Hospice ,42 Cedar Street Bangor ,ME 04401
