Dana E. Crowley
May 5, 1964 - October 1, 2022
Dana E. Crowley, 58, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 1, 2022 with
dear friends William Gray and Trudy Holland by his side. He was born May 5, 1964 in
Bar Harbor the son of the late Virgil and Nadine Crowley. He was a Master Mason of
Tuscan Lodge 106 of Addison and a big part of the commercial lobster fishing industry.
Mooring his beloved boat Scraping Buy in Eastern Harbor. He is survived by his sister
Glenda Choate and husband Steve, Dean Crowley and wife Terri, Sister-in- Law Donna
Crowley, and companion Trudy Holland; Niece's Amy Lenfestey and husband V.J., Erin
Crowley and Kristie Woods, Nephew James Emerson Jr. and wife Danni, great niece's
Tamra and Kylie Lenfestey; great nephew's Brady Emerson and Xander Smith, cousins
and friends.
He was predeceased by his father Virgil Crowley, mother Nadine Crowley, brother
Sheldon Crowley and brother in-law James Emerson, Sr.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all that were a big part of his life.
Grave side services will be held October 15, 2022 at the Basin Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
followed by a celebration of life from 12-4 p.m. at the DWM school in Addison.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be sent to Dean Crowley, 169 Basin Road, Addison,
Maine 04606. All donations will donated in Dana's memory to the legal fund for Maine
Lobster Fishermen.
