Ralph “Mike” Irving Denbow, 90 , passed away at home February 28, 2021 with his wife of 33 years Sandra by his side. He was born in Lubec July 29, 1930 the son of the late Raymond and Sara Mildred (Lewis) Denbow. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He worked as an electrician, mechanic, and was an all around jack of all trades. He was especially proud of building their own log home. Mike will be remembered for his many talents, and the ability to fix just about everything. He was a member of Washington Masonic Lodge #37 in Lubec, and a member of the Stuart-Green Post #65 American Legion in Lubec. He was an avid hunter, and his favorite pastime was the many times hunting with his sons, and the guys who joined in...always searching for the ever-elusive deer or moose. In more recent years you could find him on a knoll in Trescott basking in the sun.
He is survived by his wife Sandra (Finch) Denbow; children- Brenda Newman and husband Harvey, Raymond and partner Linda, Jean St. Clair and husband Brent, Jeff and wife Melissa, Lisa Hooper and husband Billy; step children- Angela Calder and husband Michael, Jennifer Peterson and husband John, and George Morrison Jr; a sister Ruth Brown and her husband Raymond; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a sister Irene Mahar and her husband John.
