Vicki-Lee A. Johnson


Vicki-Lee Amber Johnson , 69, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 3, 2020 at her home. She was born June 22, 1951 the daughter of the late Clifford Sr and Minnie (Carver) Johnson. She was a Jonesport-Beals High School graduate, class of 1969. She worked for many years as the owner of Hopkins Point Lobster, and Huntley Lobster Pound. She enjoyed playingYahtzee with Elaine, card games with the ladies. She loved spending time with her family, watching her grandson Nathaniel play sports, going on rides, and Fridays with Shawnie. She was a past member of the American Legion Ladies Auxillary Post of Jonesport.

She is survived by a son Shawn Johnson Sr, and his wife Marie; grandchildren- Shawn Jr.,Nathaniel, Isaiah, “she lived for them”; two sisters Elaine Brown and husband Dwayne, and Karleen Hart; sisters-in-law Jane and Laureta; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends too numerous to name including Buster's daughter and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by three brothers-Milton, Clifford Jr, and Richard; and her life partner Charles “Buster” Huntley.

Graveside services at the Greenwood Cemetery, Jonesport will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the “Steeple Fund” Sawyer Memorial Church, Jonesport.
