Nadine W. Crowley ,88, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 3, 2020 with family by her side at a Milbridge nursing home. She was born July 19, 1931 in Jonesport the daughter of the late Guy and Beatrice (Watt) Woodward. Over the years she worked at fish factories, made wreaths, and helped run a bait business along side her husband Virgil, but her greatest joy was making a loving and welcoming home for her family and friends. She was civic minded, serving the Town of Addison as Assessor for several years. She also organized the Friendly Club for area ladies.
She is survived by her children- Glenda Choate and her husband Steve , Dean Crowley and wife Terri , Dana Crowley, and a daughter-in-law Donna Crowley ; grandchildren – Amy Lenfestey and husbanld VJ , Jimmy Emerson and wife Danni, Erin Crowley, and Kristie Campbell; great-grandchildren- Tamra and Kylie Lenfestey, Brady Emerson, and Xander Smith ; several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years Virgil Crowley; a son Sheldon Crowley; son-in-law Jim Emerson Sr; grandson Adam Emerson; and eight siblings- Marie, Guy, Lurlene, Lucille, Keith, Evans, Homer, and Thelma.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Narraguagus Healthcare facility for the Love and care she received while there.
