Coleen Seefeldt

East Machias

Coleen Iris Seefeldt, 58 , passed away unexpectedly November 22, 2019 at her home. She was born April 18, 1961 in Farmington , ME.
After working for many years as a C.N.A in the Machias are, she was proud to pursue her nursing career, and graduated from Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle in May of 2019 with her R.N. She was currently employed at Calais Regional Hospital. In addition to her dedication to nursing, she was know for her passion of running. Colleen placed 1500th in the running of the 2008 Boston Marathon. She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary Post #9 in Machias .
She is survived by two sons Nathan Jackson, and Jason Jackson, and his two children Kameron, and Kirsten ; her mother Rita Stinson ; a brother Hollis Stinson, and two sisters Paula Silver, and Laura Stangler, and many many friends.
A Celebration of Coleen's life will be held at 1pm Saturday Dec. 7th at the Elm Street School, East Machias.
