James O Wallace, 63, passed away June 19,2019 surrounded by his family at his home. He was born July 12,1955 in Lubec, the son of James Wallace and the late Sandra (Ellis) Wallace.
He worked at Woodland mill for several years. James enjoyed working in the woods, fishing, hunting, and tinkering with old lawnmowers. James was an avid member o the Pembroke Fire Department, which was one of his biggest pleasures in his life. Over the years he had many extra children that he considered his own including, Jessa Cushing, Katie Pottle, Tanya Featherson, and Kimberly Cox.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Phyllis (Gardner) Wallace;Two children, Jennifer Wallace of Parkersburg WV; Martina Wallace of Pembroke ME; His father James wallace of Pembroke; Brothers, Bruce Wallace and companion Linda of Ellsworth ME; Stephen Wallace and wife Shelia of Lubec ME; Chris Wallace and wife Thersea of Pembroke ME; Sisters, Lisa Barrett and husband Cody of Florida; Naomi Fletcher of Pembroke ME; Bonnie Yocupisio of Arizona and several niece and Nephews. We also like to mention his special friends, Pat Mehr, Robbie Seeley, Tony Leighton, Dave Sweeny, and Wayne Rychling.
In addition to his mother he is predeceased by his grandparents, James and Naomi; Harry and Doris; a niece Deanna.
A graveside severance will be held Saturday July 6,2019 at 1pm at Clark Side Cemetery in Pembroke.
