Sheila (Schoppee) Crowley , 78 , passed away April 14, 2019 . She was born July 19, 1940 in Machias the daughter of the late Frank and Anne (Sinford) Schoppee . She was a graduate of Machias High School ,and Husson College. She worked in several area banks and then retired after working for many years at Church's True Value. “Shy” truly enjoyed watching her grandsons play sports especially basketball. She loved to travel to watch the basketball games, even if the games were out of state.
She is survived by her two daughters Lisa Graham and her husband Tony, and Pamela Beal ; a son William Crowley and wife Tara ; a sister Judy S. Wood , and her husband Gerald ; grandchildren- Darren Graham , Garet Beal and partner Nicole Sevey , Kristian Crowley and partner Abby Chadbourne, and Kaiden Crowley ; aunts Peggy Grant ,Lorraine McGray, Mildred Lohr, and Uncle Bussy, and aunt Tela Sinford; nieces -Ellen Reynolds and Jeanne Day; a nephew David Wood ;and several grandnieces and nephews, cousins, and many lifelong friends.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Clinton Crowley, and son-in-law Lindell Beal.
Graveside services will be 1 pm Friday April 19, 2019 at the Greenwood Cemetery, Jonesport with Pastor Phyllis Merritt officiating. Those wishing to make memorial contributions in her memory may do so to the WCCP Playground Fund PO Box 311 Machias,ME 04654
