Patsy Elaine (Denis) Luce

Patsy D. Luce , 68 of Marshfield passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday July 29, 2018. She was born in Lewiston March 2, 1950 the daughter of Emilien and Mary (Giroux) Denis.
After attending Lewiston area schools, she graduated from the University of Maine at Machias with a degree in elementary education. She taught for three years before she and her husband started an appraisal business called Sunrise Appraisals. She continued to run this business after Charlie's death until her retirement. She enjoyed flowers , and gardening, as well as time spent with her family .
She is survived by her partner William Getchell ; a son Christopher and wife Stephanie of Cutler ; two daughters Catherine and husband Scott Keaney of Dedham,MA , and Carolyn Luce-Dykeman of Hancock ; her mother Mary Giroux ; four grandchildren -Lyla Dykeman, Keaton and Trenton Luce, and Connor Keaney ;two brothers- James and wife Tina of Lewiston , and Matthew of Carbondalle, Ill; two sisters- Nancy and husband Larry Peterson of Leeds, and Valerie Denis Atkins of Lewiston.
She was predeceased by her husband Charles Luce , and her father Emilien Denis.
Graveside services will be held 11 am Wednesday August 1, 2018 at the Getchell Cemetery, Marshfield. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Daughters of the American Revolution, Margaretta Days Festival , or to the Marshfield Fire Department.
