James Arthur Hart
On December 5, 2017 a wonderful loving man passed away with his loving wife by his side at the W. Roxbury V.A. Hospital in Boston, MA. He was born August 14,1944 in Harvey ,Cook County, Chicago ,Ill the son of James and Geniveive Hart, the oldest of six children.
He graduated from Bremen High School in Chicago, and Husson College, Bangor. Jim also served in the United States Airforce. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge , Anah Shrine , American Legion Elks Lodge, Legion Riders ,and Comabt Veterans Riders.
Jim enjoyed riding his motorcycle, woodworking , reading , and sharing his life adventures with his family. He was predeceased by his parents ; a sister Patricia, and a brother Al.
Jim leaves behind his loving wife Karleen of Levant , two brothers David and his wife Deb , and Dan and his wife Diane ; a sister Dawn and her husband Lucas Benntley; four step-children who loved him very much Karl , Clifford, Connie , and Michael ; four children William , Nicky, Heidi, and Heather .
A celebration of his life will be held 1 pm Saturday April 14, 2018 at the Sawyer Congregational Church, Jonesport, with Pastor Phyllis Merritt officiating. In lieu of flowers , donations in his meory may be made to the church.
