Jolene Marie Hayward
Marshfield
Jolene Marie Hayward, 61, died unexpectedly after a short illness on August 22, 2017 at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Machias May 8, 1956 the daughter of the late Julian and Anne Marie (Doyle) Hayward. She loved life, and enjoyed working with children for many years. She was a member of the American Legion Post #9 Ladies Auxillary in Machias. She also enjoyed spending time at Gardners Lake, and going dancing.
She is survived by her partner Robert Olson ;two daughters- Kristy Hanscom and partner Mark Moore of Marshfield, and Samantha VanHorn and husband P.J. Of Ohio ; two grandsons Aiden and Jaxson ; a granddaughter Skylar; a brother Jimmy Hayward , and three sisters Julianne Guptill , Jackie Oldfield , and Janelle Hayward ; and many nieces , nephews, aunts, uncles , cousins, and friends.r
In addition to her parents , she was predeceased by two brothers Jeffrey, and Joel.
Graveside services will be held 1 pm Monday August 28, 2017 at Great Cove Cemetery, Roque Bluffs, followed by a Celebration of life at 2pm at the Elm Street School , East Machias.
