Ernest L. Hatch

Whiting - Ernest L. Hatch,62 passed away into the loving arms of our Savior on August 11,2017 in Machias. He fought a courageous battle with his loving family, his mill family of 44 years, and his church family. He loved his job as a steam plant control room operator, his family, hunting, ice fishing, “Harley - Davidson”, Ruger guns, and camping. Survived by his wife of 44 years Jayne, his children who were his pride and joy, Jennifer and Matthew Smith, Jamie and Nicole Hatch, and Luke Hatch. Grandchildren Dana Smith and-soon-to be, namesake of his grampa, baby boy Hatch, his mother, Margaret Franz and siblings Jerry and Lynne Hatch, and Doris Kade, fur babies Maggie and Stella. Predeceased by father Shooks Cox.
