Philip W. Look , 56, died July 22, 2016 at a Machias hospital . He was born August 24, 1959 in Boston the son of Alan Look and Carolyn (Burnell ) Urquhart.
He attended Jonesport schools, all but his senior year, graduating from Machias Memorial High School. He enjoyed playing darts , poker, pool , and golf.
He was predeceased by his father Alan , and grandparents.
He is survived by his mother Carolyn Urquhart and her husband Dana ;two brothers Robert and Dale Stirrett ; sisters Sheila Stirrett, Debbie Smith and husband Mike , and Cynthia Brown and husband Frank ; half brothers – Alan , Dean , Paul , and Leo Look .

Graveside services will be held 2 pm Saturday July 30, 2016 at the Forest Hill Cemetery (off Station Road ) Jonesboro, ME.
