Ivy Louise Scoville, 84 Passed away November 14, 2017 at a Bangor hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Rockland, ME November 14, 1933 the daughter of the late Daniel and Myrtle (Lothrop) Fitzgerald.
She was known for her many years as the owner of Ivy's Place Restaurant in Lubec. She was always welcoming to everyone. She enjoyed knitting, gardening, playing BINGO, and especially spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years Bernard ; a daughter Cathy Laski and husband Richard of Acworth, GA ; grandchildren – Brian Scoville , Cody Scoville , Kristina Knowles and husband John , Kara Umble and husband James , Matthew Laski and wife Courtney , Leslie Laski , Elizabeth Laski , Louis O'Brien , and Christopher Robinson ; great-grandchildren – Matthew , Breanna , Brayden , Lucas, Landon , Cayson, and Aleigh.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by three sons- Joseph , James , and Michael ; a daughter Sheila; and a grandson Wesley.
At her request there will be no services. Those wishing to remember Ivy , may make donations in her memory to the Bangor Maine Veterans Home “Resident Activity Fund” 460 Civic Center Drive , Augusta, ME 04333.
