Gary S. Couture passed away on April 12, 2017 at his home in East Machias ME. Gary was born March 15, 1957 in Webster MA, son of Janet E (Caissie) Couture and the late Hector J Couture. He is survived by his longtime companion and caregiver, Naomi Smith of East Machias. He is survived by his son Gary Jr of Charlton MA and daughter Sherry of Warren MA, his brothers Hector J (Butch) of Spencer MA, David B of North Oxford MA, also many aunts, uncles cousins and his very good friend Alfred Darmanin of Miami Lakes FL. Gary ran a successful drywall business and at one time a bait and tackle shop. Gary was an avid bass fisherman and had a love for the outdoors. He also loved a good poker game. He played hockey and baseball in his younger years and had many friends who will greatly miss him. Services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to:
