Condolence: I remember Emma from the 40's when she came to our house in Rockland. There were 8 of us living at home so Emma and little Reggie slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. After exchanging some antics and yarns with my parents, she said "Aunt Georgie will you please help me potty train this kid?" Turned out Reggie would wander into the kitchen with my parents at 5 am. He would end in high chair which also was a pot chair. They stayed for a few weeks and little Reggie learned messing his pants wasn't allowed in Aunt Georgie's house. Emma came to our house in Bryant Pond a couple of weekends in recent years. One time the potty subject came up and she reiterated the story with gusto and humor. She was amazed that I remembered the visit from the 40's and added more details! She kept everyone in the room entertained! Emma had an inimitable style as she told us some of the "best of life's flavors" from Kennebec and Machias. I am sure she will be missed by her family but I am also sure she left a bushel basket full of humorous memories. RIP Emma , you were a delightful cousin. George Hooper

Condolence: Emma was a cousin that I always enjoyed see ,although I haven't seen her in years, I've thought of her often. When I was younger I remember her many visits to Rockville to see my mom and dad. In later years I would see her at family reunions . She was always smiling and fun to be around. Sending prayers of condolences to her family.
