Ralph Landon Thompson, 72 of Jonesport, Maine, passed away August 19, 2016. He was born in Bangor, Maine on August 9, 1944 to the late Freeman & Rachel (Reynalds) Thompson.

Ralph liked playing cards, loved listening to music and really enjoyed feeding the birds.

He will be missed by his wife of 44 years, Guyula (Hatt) Thompson of Jonesport; daughter Irma Chandler & her husband Scott and daughter Zelma Alley from Beals; sister Marie Besancon of MA and sister-in-law Shirley Thompson of Jonesport; grandchild, Patricia Alley and great-grandchildren Macie & Abbie; also by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Ralph is predeceased by four brothers, Newman, Horace & Fred Thompson and Winslow Tracy.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 22nd from 11am-1pm at Beals Advent Church and service to follow at Sewell Cemetery in Beals. Condolences and memories may be shared at mcclurefamilyfuneral.com.
