Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my cousin Phillip. Since I have lived outside the state of Maine all of my adult life, I have not seen Phillip for many years. Most of my cousins on my father's side of the family were much older than me and my sisters. You may remember my father, Kenneth Willey. He passed away in 1984. I don't know any of Phillip's family but wanted to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. God bless you and I will be praying for your family.

As both a patient and friend his always positive spirit combined with a rich sense of humor was a great inspiration for me and the lives of many. Phil, until we meet again to have another blueberry muffin, your spirit will be with me. In tribute and memory, I will be sending a contribution to the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
